For mounting, each strip has magnets and a sticker, which runs its entire length. Depending on the RGB lighting mode, each LED strip can be individually controlled and customised from the downloadable application. The black extensions are of the ideal length for positioning the LED strips. The LEDs are very nice and i must say that the ease of mounting due to the magnets as well as the ideal length of the (black-coloured) extensions makes positioning the strips easy and enjoyable. Four strips can easily cover the entire border of a mid-tower case on one side.
